#3

An athlete must own the proper sport mindset. In the heat of competition an athlete must be able to rely on a mindset that will allow them to focus on the right things at the right time.  The proper mindset puts and athlete in control of his or her thoughts, which in turn gives them the best chance for optimal experience, development, and success.
